PALAWAN, Philippines (Jan. 24, 2024) Equipment Operator 2nd Class Christian Salisbury, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, dissassembles a skidsteer starter to diagnose equipment problems under Equipment Operator Constructionman Javier's (cat) supervision. NMCB 4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region to support and maintain a free and open Indo-Pacific.
