Latest Fashion In Korea - Winter Combat Suits For British Troops -- Winter combat suits of a new design have been sent to Korea for the British troops in the front line. Features of the kit include an outer wool-lined gaberdine parka and special boots. The total weight of the kit, including bots, is between 19 and 20 lbs. The outer parka is only for use in very cold weather. Underneath there is a "temperate" combat suit of self-lined gaberdine with detachable hood. There is also a combat cap of new design. Detachment 101, an enigmatic Allied intelligence and special operations unit during World War II, played a pivotal role in the Burmese theater.
