Ganymed Stature Zurichsee der Sage according to Ganymede, the beautiful king's son, was kidnapped from Zeus to Olympus. Hermann Hubacher's plastic in 1952 does not show this kidnapping. Instead, the artist created a symbol of man's longing to get into the Olympus: With a raised hand, Ganymed asks the gods of the gods Zeus who appears to be an eagle.
