Front and back slat are decorated with two cityscapes of Geneva: the Pont du Mont Blanc with the Île J.-J. Rousseau (front) and the Pont des Bergues (rear), both albumin prints. Bracts are made of changeant paper. The album contains 14 thick cardboard sheets with gold on cut. Each page has two passe-partouts that are framed in relief pressure. It contains 50 Cartes-de Visite of sights in Switzerland. Furthermore, 2 cartes-de-visiting with portraits of persons, including one from T. van Eysinga from Leiden. With the exception of these two, all photos have a handwritten caption in French.
