Before him is an altar dedicated to the Goddess of Painting. He holds a trumpet in his left hand; a book in the other on which appears the inscription: 'Genium Jo. Bendicti Castilionis Ianuen-Inv. Fe.' At the left are two children, one beating a drum; the other holding a basket filled with doves. Above, a genius blows the trumpet, while pointing to the crown of immortality.
