Photo production of twenty -four portraits of Princes of Delhi, 1895 - 1915 photograph This photo is part of an album. Oval portraits of Princes of Delhi, with captions in the Urdu. The leaders of the Mogolrijk relied on a origin that went back to Timoer Lenk, the patriarch of the dynasty there Timurides. Technically, he did not ruled Delhi, but we still see his image because the Mogols considered him the founder of their empire. The twenty -threeth portrayed person was the last ruler before the empire fell, but this photo also shows his son, the heir to the throne. Their names are from left to right: 1.
