British Foreign Secretary Addresses United Nations. -- The British Foreign Secretary, the Rt. Hon. Anthony Eden, recently headed the British delegation to the sixth General assembly of he United Nations which was held at the Palais de Chaillot in Paris.Mr. Eden, addressing the General Assembly, declared that the road to peace, the way to make a fresh start in international relations, lay in grasping definite and limited problems - starting from the smell and working to the great. He asked the United Nations for one positive achievement which would do more to help the peace than all the eloquence the world's Oratory can command.
