The Orion test capsule undergoes stationary recovery testing in Norfolk, VA on Aug. 13, 2013. NASA and the U.S Navy led the tests using the USS Arlington...The stationary recovery tests allow the teams to demonstrate and evaluate the recovery processes, the hardware and the test personnel in a controlled environment. ..During the test, the U.S Navy Dive Team checked the capsule for hazards while sailors from the USS Arlington approached the capsule in inflatable boats, and towed it back to the ships flooded well deck. A day of unique Combat Water Survival and Swift Water Rescue Training was conducted in the waters of the Fox River in Oshkosh, Wis. by the Soldiers of Company A, 2nd Battalion, 127th Infantry Regiment, 32nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team this Saturday, September 10. This rigorous day of training was designed to prepare the Soldiers of Company A to answer the call to ait in domestic operations whenever needed. The event is the companys first large-scale home station training with all Soldiers back together after many deployments and state missions over the past few years. This training included hoisting up simulated victims treading water with a basket into the helicopter. The unit completed the training for three hours at the lake on June 7 and Wisconsin National Guard troops complete their annual training at Fort McCoy for 2022.

Hector Rodriguez, the 3rd Division Sustainment Brigade support operations noncommissioned officer in charge, greets the Powidz, Poland community after volunteering to portray one of the Three Kings Day principle figures during a break in training and operations, Jan. 6, 2023. These Soldiers are currently deployed to Poland to support training with allies, set the theater for sustainment operations on NATO's eastern flank, and to deter aggression in Europe.
