At the time of its docking, Ocean Explorer had just over 100 passengers and over 90 crew members who will spend Friday, April 22, 2022 exploring the Hampton Roads, Virginia area before departing that evening. Ocean Explorer is the first cruise ship to dock overnight behind the Hampton Roads Naval Museum and Nauticus Half Moone Cruise & Celebration Center.
