This 1930s shows the C.C. & O. Railroad Passenger and Freight Stations in Kingsport in Tennessee. C.C. & O stands for Carolina, Clinchfield, and Ohio. The trains ran from the coalfields of Virginia and Kentucky to the textile mills of South Carolina. Kingsport, Tennessee, was one of the stops.
