Titanic was built by Harland & Wolff in Belfast Ireland during 1910 - 1911, and sank on 15th April, 1912, after striking an iceberg off the coast of New Foundland during her maiden voyage from Southampton, England to New York, USA, with the loss of 1,522 passengers and crew. The adjacent wall is decorated with hanging pictures and a framed mirror. Four small sculptures are on display on a ledge along the top of the wall.

German-born photographer and scholar Max Hutzel (1911-1988) photographed in Italy from the early 1960s until his death. The result of this project, referred to by Hutzel as Foto Arte Minore, is thorough documentation of art historical development in Italy up to the 18th century, including objects of the Etruscans and the Romans, as well as early Medieval, Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque monuments. Images are organized by geographic region in Italy, then by province, city, site complex and monument.

Lounge in the villa around 1920. Sitting room on a northeast side, on the first floor, seen to the north. The room is full of furniture. On the floor is parquet, the walls are equipped with a paneling and of wallpaper, the fireplace is provided with frame. Part of the painted cassetep ceiling is in sight. Currently this space can still be recognized by the fireplace, ceiling and flower decoration above the fireplace. The moment the photo was taken, the villa was inhabited by Jonkheer B.W.F. Van Riemsdijk, General Director of the Rijksmuseum and Director of the Rijksmuseum of paintings from 1897 to 1921.
