Textile with Tiny Leaves, 1275-1350. Central Asia, Mongol period, late 13th - mid-14th century. Silk and gold thread; tabby with supplementary weft; overall: 14.5 x 15.5 cm (5 11/16 x 6 1/8 in.). The shimmering gold of the tiny scattered leaves in this silk perfectly suited the taste of the Mongol court. Showing no Chinese or eastern Iranian influence, this type of pattern appears to have been indigenous to eastern Central Asia. The closest parallels to the tiny leaves densely strewn across the surface are found among the silk tapestries of the Uyghurs.

Reminder album for f.j. Junius, departing resident of Lampong (South Sumatra). Photo album in brown wrap of brown crocodile leather. The back is stained with a red-brown cord. The album contains 22 blades separated by interferers of pergamine with a total of 86 photos, 1 of which was found loose. The prints have a white edge and are attached with golden photographs. Each photo has a handwritten caption. The album was probably offered by saying goodbye to f.j. Junius, Resident of Lampong (South Sumatra) from 1930 to 1933. Depicted, various police and fire brigades from its district, often stately group portraits and in scene, 'action photos' of shooting and screen lessons, exercises, leisure activities and the verbalize a driver. The unveiling of the so-called 'Junius bank' in Tandjongkarang on 21 May 1921 also appears. On the last page, the photographer and album assembly reserved a place for themselves: the regional police photographer of Lampong whose name is unknown.
