VGJ hospital train, wagon C 1035 (Västergötland - Gothenburg rail) Small tracks 891mm Swedish state bought the VGJ group and all other narrow -gauge railway companies in Skaraborg County in 1948, in connection with this purchase, the track width was changed from 891mm to (normal track) 1435mm. In 1914-16, VGJ ordered 9 pieces of 2-axis passenger cars at Kockums. The wagons were covered with wooden panels, and had high roofs. The cars with number 1035-1037 were delivered as C-carts (all photos come from SVJM/Nybergska collection) The concept was the sick transport trains, it was found very quickly that operations were not appropriate to perform on a rolling Trains, but this was probably done only in the extreme emergency.
