03/28/1943. Tribute from the Madrid City Council to HE the Head of State. Yesterday, on the occasion of the IV anniversary of the Liberation of Madrid, the ceremony was held in the El Pardo square to present HE the Generalissimo of the city's Gold Medal awarded to him by the city council.
