Ash. Bonebakker and Son, 1862 The scalloped black marble chassis, with a straight back, has an S-shaped vaulted wall and tranquility on five flattened Bolpoten. A round opening has been saved on each short side, covered with a silver ring with a profiled, slightly raised edge. The two cylindrical jars fit in colorless, cut glass, the rejuvenating neck of which has a silver frame. At the ink pot this has a round opening at the top, with the sand spreader a star composed of round holes. The lower edge of both frames is decorated with C-volutes, rocailles and flowers. The silver, flattened spherical lids are decorated at the top with C-volutes, rocailles, foam edges and flowers. They are both crowned by a pigeon sitting on a wingerds, one with a ganzeve pen in the mouth, the other with a letter. There are an oval and a C-shaped floor between the two round openings (the pen box).
