In seven cartouches, small anecdotal scenes and types are drawn that relate to facets of life in the Netherlands, such as the Scheveningen fisherman, a milkmaid and a sailor. In addition to the weapon of the Kingdom of Holland, trophies of tools with regard to country life and to art are signed. The bottom edge is filled with a Dutch ice face.
