Mand, Johannes Horstman (attributed to), 1789 The oval basket rests on four cast legs, formed as bird claws that include a ball. The flat bottom is caught in the straight lower edge, which, like the upper edge and the ears, is decorated with a pearl list. The vaulted wall is fully opened with engraved motifs: a lower edge of two flinged ribbons, a central part of elongated Guilloches with half rosettes and an upper edge of ovals connected by balls. The upper edge of the basket is sculpted. The flat, angular ears have concave vaulted sides. They are placed diagonally upwards. On the two short sides, a slit has been applied to the inside, in which the removable interior fits.
