The top is roughly finished and contains two pen openings. Two holes for a plate were applied to the shaft. The richly decorated gilded copper plate is missing (see comments tab). On the gilded copper picture the inscription is: Karel van England attributed to Rombout Verhulst 2nd half 17th century. The underside is flat and completely polished and contains an annotation.
