Spc. Robert Daniel Hankins, of 1st Battalion, 98th Cavalry Regiment, reunites with his wife, Kala, and son, Weston, at Thompson Field in Flowood, Mississippi, Feb. 27, 2019. Hankins, of Tupelo, was part of a contingent of the Mississippi Army National Guards 155th Armored Brigade Combat Team returning home after serving in Kuwait in support of Operation Spartan Shield for approximately one year. The arrivals, with Soldiers from various brigade subordinate units, are a portion of a series of flights that will return brigade Soldiers home through the end of March 2019.
